A dedicated servant leader and accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP®) with more than 14 years of experience leading software development, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure projects across the banking, fintech, and information technology sectors. Recognized for a people-centric leadership approach, he has consistently delivered complex projects while fostering collaboration, innovation, and organizational growth.
Currently serving as Senior Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) at BRAC Bank PLC, he is responsible for driving strategic project initiatives, strengthening project governance, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology and business transformation programs. His expertise includes stakeholder management, project and portfolio management, risk management, strategic planning, policy implementation, cross-functional team leadership, and organizational change management.
Throughout his career, he has successfully collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, government ministries, banks, Mobile Financial Service (MFS) providers, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), technology partners, and business leaders. His ability to build strong relationships and align diverse stakeholder interests has been instrumental in delivering high-impact projects and achieving business objectives.
Prior to joining BRAC Bank PLC, he held key roles at IPDC Finance, bKash, JLL Bangladesh, BRAC IT, and Bashundhara Group, where he led numerous technology and infrastructure initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency, business performance, and customer experience.
He earned the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification in 2020 and has remained actively engaged with the project management community ever since. A member of PMI Bangladesh Chapter since 2020 and an active volunteer since 2021, he contributes to advancing the profession through community engagement, knowledge sharing, and volunteer leadership initiatives.
Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from BRAC University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic and International Management from the University of Dhaka. Combining technical expertise, business acumen, and servant leadership principles, he continues to drive successful project outcomes while inspiring teams and contributing to the growth of the project management profession in Bangladesh.
