A seasoned technology and project management professional with nearly 20 years of experience leading complex software development, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives across both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered large-scale software solutions, managed cross-functional teams, and driven organizational growth through innovation, strategic planning, and effective project execution.
Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Brain Station 23, he leads large-scale digital transformation and enterprise software projects for leading national and international organizations. Prior to joining Brain Station 23, he served as Deputy General Manager and Head of Software Development at SIMEC System Ltd., where he was responsible for overseeing software engineering operations, managing multidisciplinary development teams, and delivering complex technology projects across government, financial, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors.
Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), UNDP Bangladesh, and DANIDA, contributing to technology-enabled development programs, digital transformation initiatives, project implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and data-driven decision-making processes.
His areas of expertise include project and program management, Agile and Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle management, digital transformation, business process automation, risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholder management, resource planning, budget management, and data analytics. He has a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects aligned with business objectives.
He is a Member of the Institute of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) and holds an MS in Applied Statistics and Data Science from Jahangirnagar University, an MSc in Computer Science and Engineering from East West University, and a BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from International Islamic University Chittagong (IIUC).
In addition to his professional accomplishments, he has been actively involved with the PMI Bangladesh Chapter since 2019, contributing as a volunteer leader in various initiatives focused on professional development, community engagement, knowledge sharing, and the advancement of the project management profession in Bangladesh.
