Hosne Ara is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) with over 11 years of experience leading and delivering complex projects across the banking, information technology, and energy sectors. She has built a strong track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams, driving digital transformation initiatives, and delivering strategic business outcomes in dynamic and challenging environments.
Currently serving as a Project Manager at Prime Bank PLC, she is responsible for leading critical technology and business initiatives that support the organization's digital transformation journey. Throughout her career, she has managed a diverse portfolio of projects, including large-scale IT implementations, SaaS product development, and enterprise solutions for both public and private sector organizations.
Prior to her current role, Hosne Ara served as a SaaS Product Manager and successfully led several high-impact projects involving organizations such as Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA), Indian Visa Application Center (IVAC), and State Bank of India (SBI). She also contributed significantly to the Bheramara 410 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Project, gaining valuable experience in the energy sector and large-scale infrastructure projects.
A graduate of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Hosne Ara earned her PMP® certification in 2020, further strengthening her expertise in project leadership and delivery.
