Abu Nayem Mohammad Ali Khan is an accomplished Project Management Professional (PMP®) with more than 17 years of experience in project leadership, strategic planning, scheduling, business process automation, change management, forecasting, administration, and communication management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led complex projects and transformation initiatives, consistently delivering business value through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Millennium Information Solution Limited (MISL), Mr. Khan plays a pivotal role in driving project success, operational excellence, and organizational growth. Known for his strong leadership capabilities and results-oriented approach, he has contributed significantly to the successful delivery of multiple high-impact projects across various domains. In addition to his project leadership responsibilities, he serves as a member of both the Management Committee and the Core Strategic Committee of his organization, reflecting his active involvement in strategic decision-making, business planning, and organizational governance. His ability to align project objectives with broader business goals has established him as a trusted leader within the organization. Mr. Khan possesses extensive expertise in project planning and control, risk management, resource optimization, process automation, organizational change management, and stakeholder communication. His strong analytical mindset and commitment to continuous improvement have enabled him to successfully manage projects in dynamic and evolving business environments.
Academically, he holds both Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Master of Science (MSc) degrees from the University of Chittagong, graduating with honors. He further enhanced his leadership and management capabilities by earning the Advanced Certificate for Management Professionals (ACMP) from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. In addition, he is recognized as an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), demonstrating his technical proficiency and commitment to professional excellence.
