This year's theme is "Art of Project Management: Maximizing Project Success", reflecting our commitment to recognize the successful projects as well as the contribution of the project managers towards maximizing project success.

The theme is particularly refers to the ability of project professionals and the organizations to deliver successful projects by prioritizing power skills in addition to technical skills and business acumen. In today's dynamic and fast-paced business environment, where organizations are prioritizing power skills, tend to perform significantly better on multiple key drivers of success, such as benefits realization management (BRM) maturity, organizational agility, and project management maturity. Effective project management requires not only sound skills but also strong leadership and the ability to unify diverse strategies towards a common goal.
