Saad Aadnan Kabir has an excellent background of working in several renowned companies in the construction, furniture, food & beverage, textile, packaging, cement, shipping, polymer, lighting & electrical accessories sectors. Currently, he is working as Senior Assistant Vice President of Bay Developments, the pioneer real estate company in the country.
Mr. Kabir has an excellent track record in managing operations, projects, and processes in a diverse culture. His core competencies include procurement, supplier development program, Demand-supply planning, warehouse & distribution management, Reverse logistics, Crisis Management, ERP (SAP) implementation, Customer satisfaction management, new business development, etc. Before joining Bay, Mr. Kabir worked for Otobi, Dekko-Isho, M. M. Ispahani Limited, Madina Group, Super Star Group (SSG), and Meghna Group of Industries (Fresh).
He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) accredited by APICS, USA; Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) accredited by ISCEA, USA and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing & Brand Management (PGD-MBM) from IQN, UK. He did his BBA & MBA in International Management from the University of Chittagong.
He is an executive committee member of the Bangladesh Supply Chain Management Society (BSCMS), an international member of the Association of Supply Chain Management (ASCM), USA, and also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. He has a true passion for learning, development, and people management. He has attended several international conferences, seminars, training, and workshops in leadership, negotiation, LC management, project management, salesmanship, business process automation, supply chain management, and operations.
